Event Availability
Our T-6 Texan and P-51 Mustang are available for appearances in airshows. Both aircraft are available for
performances, fly-bys, and static displays. Additionally, our T-6 Texan is available to provide your event
attendees with orientation flights tailored to their desires, just like we offer at our home base in Kokomo, IN.
Our P-51D has appeared for many years in the Indianapolis Air Show, both flying in the show and as a static display
aircraft in the Warbirds area. You can see it at the show in the picture below, which is proimnently featured on many
pages of the Indianapolis Air Show web site.
Our Mustang has also appeared for several years at AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In 2009,
the Checkertail Mustang was featured in the Aeroshell Square display of warbirds at the show. It has appeared in the
"Thunder Over Michigan" event, flown over the Indianapolis 500 in formation, and was featured on the History Channel's
Mail Call television show.
Our P-51 has also appeared in many other airshows.
In 2009, the Checkertail T-6 made its airshow debut at the Indianapolis Air Show.
It appeared in the Warbird Review section of the show and was displayed statically on the Warbird ramp.
It also appeared on static display
at Airventure and won the "Best Preservation" award in competition judging.
